Return & Cancellation Policy

At Riot Radiance, each item is made to order just for you. Since everything is custom-made after you place your order, we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizing, or a change of mind.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because each t-shirt is printed specifically for your order, we’re not able to accept:

- Returns

- Exchanges

- Refunds for choosing the wrong size

- Refunds because you changed your mind or prefer a different color

Please double-check your order details and sizing info before you hit submit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- A quick description of the issue

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll take a look and, if your claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be underway, and we won’t be able to cancel or change it.

Shipping Information

Once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled, modified, or refunded.
